The Framework

Every organisation operates across three rooms simultaneously.

The Three Rooms Framework is a structural model for understanding where a leadership team actually is versus where it believes it is. Most governance problems are room problems: the gap between what is communicated and what is real, or between what is real and what is being repaired.

The workshop installs a shared language across the leadership team and produces a governance action plan with committed owners. It is a presence-based intervention. The diagnostic instruments and the facilitator work together.
